— Please read the following notes and proceed only if you agree —
- For safety reasons, we are unable to accept guests who are pregnant.
- For kimono rental and dressing service, please return by 17:30. A late fee of ¥1,100 per 5 minutes per person will be charged continuously for any delay. (The fee starts from 1 minute late.)
- Once hairstyling or kimono dressing has started, changes or refunds cannot be accepted. Any style change will incur an additional fee.
- Please take good care of your valuables and fragile items yourself. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
- Kimono dressing and hairstyling take about 45–60 minutes. To keep the schedule smooth, please finish choosing your kimono within 15 minutes.
- Guests with children must keep them within sight at all times to avoid accidents. We appreciate your cooperation.
- For photo‑shoot plans, a reservation deposit of ¥3,000 is required for each plan. (Photo‑shoot fees are to be paid in advance.)
- For group bookings of 8 or more people, a deposit of ¥3,000 per person is required in advance.
